Please answer.

Im coming back to this years after leaving this endeavor. I dont even remember starting a blog, but the pseudonym "Eldi" is very much my style. This kinda looks like a question I posed to myself, or maybe a empty plea to the vast reaches of the internet.
In any case, it is obvious that "Love" means a great many things to different people. Even the Greeks saw fit to personify different aspects of love with Hera as the love of marriage, Hestia the love of family, and Aphrodite the love of passion. But these are meager divisions. Love could be what makes a person's heart beat faster, love can be the heat of the loins, that laughable ecstatic quality that makes love songs not just bearable but enjoyable.
I dunno. I always concluded that love is exactly what you make it out to be, and for me love would an ideal that I put up on a pedestal raised to the very heavens themselves. To the point that I could say that I would only say the word Love to one woman in my life. I knew it to be naive, and that's probably why i chose such. To gain that measure of pride from being called an idealist by other people, just another way to assert my superiority by showing that my ideals would be uncompromising. I don't know the reason, but I do know that I have an intense aversion to the word Love being thrown around without consequence. Words have only as much meaning as you give them and to see the word Love- this ideal purest of desires- used in any and every relationship from teens to adults just seems too pathetic... and too sad. I WANT Love to be something that most people don't have. To be that thing which is strive towards and recognized for the unobtainable ideal that it is.
That is all for now
